20 power microscope mounts directly to index head of newer model Deckel SO and SOE single-lip cutter grinders. This microscope is ideal for small tools with intricate shapes and strict tolerances. The microscope remains fixed during the grinding process, allowing for continuous monitoring while grinding.

Additionally, the microscope provides a three dimensional image, supplying the operator with data on the quality of the cutter's surface. The microscope is indispensable in micro engraving.

This microscope can only be retrofitted to more recent grinders with an integrated mount on index head manufactured after year 2000. Check the serial number of your grinder before ordering - e.g. sn: SO / 00-26970, the 00 designates the year of production - 2000.
