Talon discs, also known as Pressure-Sensitive Abrasive (PSA) Discs or stick-on discs, consist of circularly cut abrasive cloth with an adhesive backing for sticking onto rubber or rigid disc mandrels. Made with Aluminum Oxide grit bonded to a cloth backing with either the glue or the more resilient resin bond. Talon discs work well for finishing contoured metal surfaces or polishing at the bottom of a mold cavity.
