This economically-priced diamond pin is ideal for detailed grinding work on hardened metals, EDM'ed surfaces, or welded areas. Very popular for grinding sub-gates on plastic injection molds as well as deburring stainless steel parts. Diamond pins hold up where other small grinding wheels would crumble.
This oval shape is also very popular for porting engine cylinders when grinding through the hard Nikasil cylinder coating layer.
