Type 11A2 Diamond Cup Grinding Wheels are designed for use on single lip cutter grinders (e.g. Deckel, Kuhlmann, AKS, Hasberg, Alexander, etc.) for dry grinding carbide tools. Composed of diamonds embedded in a resin bond mounted on a precisely balanced aluminum base, these 100 concentration (N=100) wheels contain the maximum 72 carats per cubic inch, resulting in superior carbide grinding, longer wheel life, and exceptional value.

Wheel Dimensions - Type 11A2 wheels have the diamond segment across the front face of the wheel.

Grit - 220 Grit wheels are our most popular and provide a smooth, ground finish on carbide tools. 150 Grit are our second most popular and are great for applications where faster cutting is required.
