The Cristone Bristle End Brushes are an incredible tool for finishing metal components. From deburring and tool mark removal to final polishing they are non-loading, and are excellent for polishing molds, dies, and even EDM surfaces. Composed of long abrasive ceramic fibers, Cristone Bristle End Brushes can be easily dressed using a Diamond File to suit your application. Conveniently color-coded for easy identification, they range in grit from 150 all the way up to 6000.
Cristone brushes are designed for use in a rotary tools such as the NSK Nakanishi EMAX EVOlution or in a CNC or other automated configuration. When using these tools by hand it is very important to wear appropriate PPE, as the brushes produce a powder when grinding. A dust collector should be used to protect equipment.
